The staff greeted us with such warmth. James and Valerie helped us greatly with their professionalism. I loved that we received an upgrade to a fifth-floor room. It gave us room to relax during our six-night stay. The location proved perfect for exploring. It was close to the beach and delicious restaurants!!!
The breakfast seemed a bit overpriced for what was offered.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was comfortable and well furnished. The location worked well, as it was away from the main tourist hub.
The room was very small. There was one hard back chair in the room, so there was no comfort (I wish there were more comfortable options).

the reception staff were pleasant. they took an interest in us. the hotel has a vibrant location.
the room decoration was not nice, and the furniture needs improvement. there was no toilet brush in the bathroom, also the bedroom walls were dirty.

the staff was very friendly and helpful. i booked a superior double room, it had good facilities. i found the location great for the beach and restaurants.
the breakfast was quite expensive for what they offered. i think there are better and cheaper options nearby.
